On Spot Styling is not your average grooming spa! Our grooming professionals are experienced with all breed-specific grooming requirements, and we create customized grooming programs for each individual client. We offer free consultations with our grooming staff so we can help you figure out which specific grooming services can help your pet. Medical benefits of grooming include a decrease in possibility of many skin conditions, prevention and elimination of parasites, and removing excess hair from seasonal shedding.

The package price depends on your pet’s size and amount of hair. Treatments for shedding, undercoat removal, and any other special treatments are charged separately and require free consultations first. The spa services that we offer your pet include: baths, brushings, sanitary trims, and we also offer personalized services and skin therapy treatments while using the quality products for a premium spa experience for your dog!
We will work with your dog start to finish and offer a relaxing, clean environment to make your pup as comfortable as possible. No interactions with other dogs. We aim to create an environment that your pet is able to relax in and enjoy — instead of fear and dislike. If you have a pack of dogs, they can all hangout together and are not kenneled.

We hand dry with a massaging force dryer and then finish with a fluff dryer
for a softer, shiner coat and more effective brush-outs.
Your dog gets a Pawdicure with a diamond encrusted bit for a more comfortable experience and a softer, smoother finish on the nails.
We use Iv San Bernard pet cosmetics in our salon to help keep your
pet's skin and coat healthy and happy.
We have a certified pet aesthetician to help you and your pet
with any skin or coat issues.

Policies & Procedures
- Do not leave the mountain while your pet is being groomed, in case of any emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
- ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive to your pets scheduled appointment on time. If you are running late please call us to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. If you ARE or WILL BE more than 15 minutes late, we will consider your appointment forfeit.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Depending on your contact preferences you will receive a text or email message when your appointment is scheduled as well as 3 Days before your appointment. We ask that you call us as soon as possible if you are not able to make it to your scheduled appointment time and we will gladly reschedule for another time. If, on your appointment day, you are 15 minutes late or more you forfeit your pets appointment. If you are a no call, no show there will be a fee to reschedule your pets appointment. The fee amount is 50% of the services that we scheduled. If you are a no call/no show for a second time, the full amount of services missed will be due upon rescheduling. If there is a third no call / no show, we will no longer be able to serve your pet.
- PICK UP POLICY: When you drop your pet off we will give you and estimated time frame when they will be ready. We will call or text you when your pet is almost ready and once you have been called or text messaged we expect you to pick up your pet promptly.
- If your dog is exhibiting abnormal amounts of stress we will stop the grooming process and contact you immediately.
- If your dog is experiencing any health concerns during the grooming process we will stop the grooming process and contact you immediately.
- SEVERE MATTING FEE: If your long coated dog is severely matted (not tangles) and it’s pelted to the skin, there is a special handling fee that varies based on the size of your dog and the extent of matting. It takes much more time and much skill to remove a matted coat. Your stylist will discuss different products that can be used to help regrow a damaged coat safely & comfortably.
